Design and implement professional development initiatives to help faculty integrate technology into their courses. I oversee the daily management of learning resources, services, and campus-based technology spaces while supervising student and graduate assistants. In addition to researching, developing, and delivering faculty training programs, I serve as a project manager for instructional content development and learning technology initiatives. I also represent my institution at conferences, speaking on current trends and developments in educational technology, fostering industry connections, and staying at the forefront of innovation. By effectively managing teams, delegating tasks, and aligning resources, I ensure the successful execution of workshops, grants, and technology-driven learning solutions.

 

Intermediate Learning Technologist / 2017 – 2020

Supports faculty by managing various computer platforms, software, and peripherals while developing instructional materials such as job aids, screencasts, and training guides. Responsibilities include designing and updating technology training programs, leading pedagogy seminars, conducting webinars, and assisting faculty with technology adoption. Additionally, this role manages helpdesk tickets to troubleshoot and resolve faculty technology issues, ensuring seamless integration and effective use of learning tools.
